Shipping Policy

Order shipping time is 3-5 days. Processing time is 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the Usps website.

Cutefashionable hair is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no adress changes will be made following order being placed. If any adress change need to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be cancelled and refunded, and the order must be placed again with correct adress.
